Maintaining a healthy weight or losing weight isn't just about getting into those skinny jeans or looking good in a swim suit. It's about living longer and improving your quality of life. Making small changes in your lifestyle can have a BIG impact on your health. By loosing weight, you could:

Know your BMI
Your body mass index (BMI) is a good starting point for knowing if your weight is within the ideal range for your body frame. It's calculated based on your height and weight. A BMI less than 25 is considered a healthy weight. Take an online Course
As a WHA member, you have access to online tools including video courses on weight management through our wellness portal, which can be accessed through MyWHA Wellness. You can set a goal and a timeline for achieving that goal all in the privacy of your home.
