24/7 Virtual Urgent Care from Teladoc

There are times when you can’t get to your doctor. WHA members have access to virtual urgent care for non-emergency situations, such as minor injuries or illnesses, such as sprains, strains, rashes, burns or cuts; and minor illnesses, such as cold/flu symptoms or upset stomach, pink eye, or sinus infection as a few examples. Using your smartphone, members can talk with a doctor to get a diagnosis and treatment.

Members with acute or chronic neck, shoulder, back, hip, wrist, or knee pain can benefit from timely personalized physical therapy that is accessible anytime or anywhere via your smartphone or tablet. Hypertension Management  (High Blood Pressure)

For members over the age of 18 living with hypertension, WHA teamed up with Livongo by Teladoc to deliver an advanced hypertension management program and app to better manage their high blood pressure and keep track via access to a personal portal, and connect blood pressure monitor send directly to you.
