CommunityFIT Movelab Dynamic

This class packs in a lot of movement in a short amount of time! If you’ve regularly attended MoveLab for a while, have a routine movement practice, or just want to try out a FUN and thoughtful movement class, CommunityFIT is happy to offer this dynamic experience. You’ll improve strength and mobility in new ways as we build up to more complicated movement puzzles and classic exercise favorites like squats / push-ups / and lunges … all in a playful and welcoming environment.

CommunityFIT Movelab Foundations

This fundamental class offers an opportunity to not only work out, but also “work in.” You’ll explore growing more aware of your body and movement choices, form a deeper understanding of how the pieces become a whole, build self-trust and a library of movement possibilities designed to help people, just like you, return to exercise after some time away / move out of pain / develop better balance and mobility / improve strength and flexibility / and understand how a thoughtful movement practice contributes to well-being when it’s playful, exploratory and FUN! The best news is that getting it right is simpler than you might think.

CommunityFIT Reset and Restore

A class to get you through life’s ups and downs. Learn simple exercises and practices designed to help regulate and heal your nervous system, reset your stress reflex and readiness for life. As you restore a sense of calmness in and connection to your body. Resulting in less anxiety and tension, and improved capacity and resilience. This isn’t a yoga and meditation class, it is THE class you need right now for your mental and physical well-being full of surprisingly easy ways to feel better in moments anywhere anytime.

CommunityFIT Child/Parent Focus

Introduce your young-ones to a lifetime of well-being through MoveLab, an innovative movement class designed to help you explore exercise through practice and play. It’s a great class for both new and experienced movers, and a perfect way to build a healthy relationship with yourself and each other. You’ll develop new movement habits, feel more capable and less stressed, and have a lot of FUN doing it! All are welcome, but this class is specifically designed for parents and children 4 to 13
