Top NCQA Plan Ranking

Western Health Advantage was the only California health plan to receive 4 out of 5 for “Consumer Satisfaction”.

Western Health Advantage was recently ranked third place among California health plans by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Private Insurance Plan Rankings 2013-2014. Western Health was the only health plan to receive 4 out of 5 for “Consumer Satisfaction”, the highest rating in California in this category.

NCQA, a private non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality and widely accepted as an industry standard for identifying which plans are among the best health plans in the United States. The rankings are based on NCQA's measurement of a health plan's performance in three categories: improving health care quality, providing responsive customer service and achieving high scores on NCQA accreditation surveys.
