MyCare Medicare Advantage plans
If you are a Medicare beneficiary, now is the time (Oct 15 - Dec. 7, 2023) to consider health plan options, including WHA’s MyCare plans. Learn the range of coverage in this blog post and how to enroll.
WHA offers two Medicare Advantage HMO plans for individual Medicare beneficiaries: WHA MyCare (HMO), available in Napa, Sonoma, Marin, Solano, Yolo and Sacramento; and WHA MyCare Compass (HMO), available only in our Humboldt County service area.
If you are an existing WHA member, it’s an easy transition as you can stay with your doctor and medical group you already know and trust. The MyCare HMO plan starts at $0 premium, $0 deductible, and with low copays (MyCare Compass is a $20 premium/$0 deductible). With a Medicare Advantage plan, you have the convenience of an easy-to-use plan that covers more than Original Medicare, including prescription drug coverage, along with other valuable extras.
