Download the WHA Mobile app for digital ID cards.

Provides instant access to an electronic copy of ID cards for you and your family. 

You can also find out how to reach your primary care physician (PCP) and get a map to his or her office. Look up details about your plan, such as your copayment or your pharmacy plan. It’s a handy reference, too, for contacting the WHA Member Services Department and the 24-hour nurse advice line.

Print your own ID cards. 

  1. Log in to your MyWHA account
    • If you haven't created an account, it's easy! All you need is the last 4 digits of your SSN or 11-digit WHA member ID number, as well as some basic information  Sign-up now.
  2. From your MyTOOLS tool bar, click on "Replacement ID Cards".

  3. Next, under option 1, click the green Print ID Cards button to generate a PDF of your ID card(s).

  4. Lastly, check the box next to the member who needs a replacement ID card and click Submit.

Request a new ID card be sent to you by mail.

To have your ID card sent you by mail, use the Replacement ID Cards tool in your MyWHA Tools:

  1. Log in to your MyWHA account
    • If you haven't created an account, it's easy! All you will need is the last 4 digits of your SSN or 11-digit WHA member ID number, as well as some basic information  Sign-up now.
  2. From your MyTOOLS tool bar, click on "Replacement ID Cards".

  3. Next, under option 3, verify your mailing address and click the continue button.
  4. Lastly, check the box next to the member who needs an ID card mailed and click the Place Order button to complete your request.
