Glenmark – Potassium chloride extended-release capsules

Glenmark announced a consumer level recall of 114 lots of potassium chloride extended-release capsules because they may not dissolve correctly which may lead to hyperkalemia. On 08/09/2024, WHA was notified by OptumRx that the recall classification type had been updated to class 1.
