Translation and Hearing Impaired Services


For Commercial members:
You may speak to a Member Service Representative in the WHA Member Service Department in English or Spanish. For voice communication in other languages, WHA contracts with a vendor that provides interpretation services. Should you have a need for an interpreter on the phone or face-to-face, call (916) 563-2250 or (888) 563-2250.



For the hearing-impaired, TDD/TTY service is available M-F, from 8am to 5pm in either English or Spanish. The phone number is (888) 877-5378 or you can just dial 711.
