topic like prenatal care or nutrition, or if you want to learn about support groups in your area,
you'll find it here. You'll also find health educational materials that address some of the issues
that include health and safety. Check out our WHA member magazines where you'll find healthy recipes,
quizzes, and more. Also find Healthyroads and Magellan newsletters that address important topics about
exercise, stress reduction, smoking cessation and other health topics.

As a WHA member, you have access to many of the health education programs or classes sponsored
by our network's medical groups, even those not connected to your primary care physician's
(PCP's) medical group. Let your WHA PCP and/or physician specialist know if you are interested
in participating in any of the health education programs or if you are currently enrolled in a
program or class.
Through our network's medical groups you will find many classes, programs, and/or support in:

need additional assistance in finding a health education program or class, please contact the
