Health & Wellness Resources

Welcome to WHA's Health & Wellness Resources. If you're looking for a class on a particular health topic like prenatal care or nutrition, or if you want to learn about support groups in your area, you'll find it here. You'll also find health educational materials that address some of the issues that include health and safety. Check out our WHA member magazines where you'll find healthy recipes, quizzes, and more. Also find Healthyroads and Magellan newsletters that address important topics about exercise, stress reduction, smoking cessation and other health topics.

Educational Materials

WHA has created educational brochures and booklets that address topics about adolescent health, womens's wellness, diabetes, heart disease and more. The materials can be viewed, downloaded or printed by clicking on the specific topic.
