• Scroll to the "Personal Access: Member Login" box
1. Enter your 11-digit Member ID #
2. Enter your Password
3. Click "Go"

If you haven't registered for Personal Access, don't worry! You can do it really quickly by clicking "Sign Up" and following the prompts.

On the main Personal Access screen, click "View Your Accumulator" under "Tools for Members". View claims and deductible/OOP amounts.
