About Spouse & Dependent Access
Only the Subscriber is allowed to change the Primary
Care Physician or mailing address for all members of the family.
The subscriber must login using their own Member ID and Password for
these features.
The Spouse of the subscriber can only change their
own Primary Care Physician and their own mailing address if logged
in using their own Member ID and Password.
Dependents who Login with their own Member ID
will not have the ability to Change their own PCP or to Change
their own Mailing Address. This should
be done by the Subscriber.
