Message from CEO and President, Garry Maisel, Western Health Advantage

Western Health Advantage's reputation for excellence and integrity is one of our company's most valuable assets. We have earned this reputation over the past 15 years by delivering a high-quality health plan for local business owners interested in providing affordable, responsive health coverage.

In keeping with this mission, our company serves employers and individuals in Sacramento, Yolo, Solano, western El Dorado, and western Placer counties. We believe that "local" is a better way to do business. It ensures that our members enjoy responsive, local customer service, affordable coverage, excellent access to quality doctors and hospitals and unbeatable service.

Conveniently, that's our mission at Sacramento-based Western Health Advantage - To provide an affordable, high quality alternative to for-profit health insurance plans and national HMO's. We want to improve the health and well-being of our neighbors by expanding access to healthcare, which is why our charitable and community outreach efforts embrace the same goal.
